🤖 Bot Text Update

Our Bot is now simpler than ever. With minor text and overview improvements we achieved a bot which is even more intuitive than the versions before. You are now able to see the project in ticket update messages and the ticket status so you will never get lost in your work again. Messages like the menu have been shortened so you are able to see more messages on your screen to provide you with even more context. And you are able to create tickets by simply writing text into the chat for even faster reporting. Reporting from the menu is now also faster, because you are now able to directly send an image with a caption to add an image instantly to your report.
