π Translation Featureβ
Valoon is going global! While we might not be spanning the entire world just yet, our system has become a true polyglot. We now support on-demand translations for every user-generated input (like messages, ticket descriptions, and more) into virtually any language you can think of. On-site workers can write in their native languages via WhatsApp, and you will receive the messages in the language you selected in the web app. It's that simple. When you respond through the ticket chat, on-site workers will receive a translated version of your text. If you need to see the original text, just use the toggle at the top right of a ticket. Additionally, reports can now be translated into your selected language or remain untranslated with the original texts.

π¬ Bidirectional Communicationβ
For the first time, Valoon fully supports communication between all participants on the construction site. Along with the translation feature mentioned above, we now allow ticket participants to communicate through the ticket chat. For example, an electrician assigned to a ticket called "Missing outlet in office" can communicate with a drywaller also assigned to the ticket and ask, "Have you already plastered the wall, or can I still install an outlet?" The best part is, even if the electrician only speaks Polish and the drywaller speaks Italian, they will receive the messages on WhatsApp in their selected language!
β° Ticket Due Notificationsβ
WhatsApp users will now receive reminder notifications when a ticket is approaching its due date! They also have the ability to quickly respond to these reminder messages, ensuring tasks are completed in no time.
β¨ Ticket Highlightingβ
Designed to streamline your workflow by drawing immediate attention to updated tickets. Whenever a ticket receives an updateβbe it a new comment, status change, or additional informationβTicket Highlighting visually distinguishes it from other tickets. By using color coding and bold accents, it ensures that no important updates are overlooked, improving the ability to prioritize, respond quickly, and stay on top of critical changes.

ποΈ Photo Gallery Improvementsβ
We've made several enhancements to the photo gallery to improve your experience. You can now delete single or multiple images directly from the photo gallery with ease. Photo selection has been streamlined: hovering over images reveals a checkbox for selection, along with three menu items for additional actions. To improve organization, photos are now separated by calendar week. We've also addressed UI overflow issues that occurred when a large number of images were displayed simultaneously, ensuring a smoother and more efficient browsing experience.
