We are excited to announce that Valoon now supports viewing a list of assigned tickets directly in WhatsApp! This new feature eliminates the need for on-site users to switch to our OS-view. They can stay within WhatsApp, view tickets, and even reply with images. Utilizing WhatsApp’s new carousel feature, this integration ensures a seamless and efficient user experience.
