Why Triton? - Triton is by far the largest moon of Neptune. This release contains a huge number of updates, so Triton perfectly represent this.

User Highlights​

We have been incredibly busy over the last few weeks. Due to growing demand and our own commitment to a powerful system, we have decided to give our system not only a new set of wheels, but more than just a new engine. Faster, better, more scalable are just a few words to describe Beta 10! 🏎️

Just a few numbers to explain why it took a little longer than usual:

  • Over 300,000 lines of code touched and improved
  • Over 1500 hours of development time
  • 4 new services added to the backend

Apart from that, our latest update brings substantial improvements to system performance and efficiency:

  • Request speed: Some operations are now up to 50 times faster, dramatically reducing wait times - the bot is soo much faster
  • Code optimization: We've streamlined our main codebase, cutting it by over 50% while simultaneously adding new features
  • Improved scalability: The system now adapts more effectively to user demands, ensuring consistent performance as your needs grow

The multiproject view now offers a comprehensive overview of all your projects. This enhancement makes it easier to identify underperforming projects and manage risks effectively.

🗃️ Improved category system & Kanban for all categories​

The category system has been expanded to allow as many category trees as you want, each with customizable colors for better organization. All category trees can now be visualized as Kanban boards, enhancing project management capabilities.

🧹 Cleaned up project settings​

Project settings have been streamlined based on your feedback. While maintaining their familiar location, the interface has been significantly improved for easier navigation and management of general, user, category, and other settings.

Aaaand: You have been waiting for this a long time - you can now finally add users to your projects without them having to register before!

💬 Updated ticket chat​

The ticket chat interface has been redesigned to handle complex conversations more efficiently. The new layout is cleaner, more transparent, and better structured, improving communication within tickets.

🌐 Changed translation system​

Our translation system has been overhauled to address previous misunderstandings. Users now have full control over what and when to translate. Messenger users continue to receive messages in their preferred language, regardless of the original input language.

🦴 Skeleton Loading​

Sometimes a loading screen can be unintuitive. We've added skeleton loading to our most important pages so that you will always see changes when they come in.

🔔 All new notification system​

A completely revamped notification system now powers all alerts. Email notifications have been added, and you can still customize your notifications preferences with the same granularity as before.

∞ Infinite scroll for media entities​

To improve loading times and user experience, we've implemented infinite scroll functionality for media entities where appropriate, replacing pagination in these areas.
