Reports

The long wait is nearly over! We’re opening the first closed beta of our new reports feature. It enables full customization, allows mobile users to fill out reports via WhatsApp, supports sign-off, and exports to PDF. Reports can be linked to projects or tickets, trigger notifications for new submissions, and automatically include images in the photo gallery. This is one of Valoon’s biggest feature releases yet.

Parallel Workflows on the Bot

Previously, starting a new workflow on WhatsApp (like creating a ticket) required finishing or canceling the current one. Now, the previous task auto-cancels, letting you move seamlessly between workflows.
