Say goodbye to paper timesheets! Our new digital time tracking feature allows users to log work hours directly through WhatsApp:

  • Type of work time (e.g., travel time)
  • Project association (optional)
  • Up to 5 team members involved
  • Work duration (start, end, breaks - even across multiple days)
  • Optional notes and photo attachments for documentation

As a company owner, you can easily edit the time types by going to the company settings - available in the context menu under the profile settings in the top right corner.

Create new projects faster than ever with our improved Project Cloning Feature! Now, you can effortlessly create new projects by leveraging existing ones or dedicated templates as a foundation. Clone any or all of the following elements for a seamless start:

  • Project members and groups

  • Folder structures
  • Report forms
  • Settings

👤 Custom Contacts​

You can now add contacts who don't have messenger accounts as convenient "information cards", keeping all your important contact details organized and accessible in one place. You can also use these "contact cards" in time entries.

Stay in control of your notifications! You can now enable or disable alerts for scans received in your projects, ensuring you stay informed only when it matters most.
