This feature offers users a centralized hub to view and manage all visual attachments associated with their tickets. Here's what you can expect from this exciting addition:

  • Centralized Visual Repository: Consolidates all images shared within tickets into a single, easily accessible location. Whether it's design mockups, error screenshots, or progress snapshots, everything is now conveniently stored in one place. Access the Photo Gallery directly from the left sidebar.
  • Search and Filtering Capability: Enhance efficiency by swiftly locating specific visuals through the streamlined table search feature, mitigating potential time constraints and operational challenges. Augmented with practical filters, this functionality offers enhanced precision in refining search results for optimal data management.
  • Expanded Compatibility: Extended support for an array of media formats, ensuring seamless integration with file types and diverse devices. Integrated viewer support video and audio and also for .docx, .xlsx, and .pptx file formats, alongside revising the image and .pdf viewers for improved functionality.
