Why Proteus? - Proteus is the second largest moon of Neptune. It was first discovered in images taken by the Voyager 2 spacecraft - the first spacecraft to study all four of the Solar System's giant planets at close range, and the second man-made object to venture into interstellar space.

📦 New Archive Tickets Mechanism​

Archiving tickets is now clearer than ever. Simply click "Archive" and the ticket will visually move into the Archived section. This replaces the "Closed" label.

📋 Copy Categories from other Projects​

You asked, we delivered! When creating new projects, you can now select existing projects and copy their categories directly. The preview mode in the create dialog will show you all available categories.

✏️ WYSIWYG for Ticket Descriptions​

Ticket descriptions are now even better than before. Instead of plain text, you can now use bold, italic, underline, or strikethrough formatting. Just select the text, and the formatting options will appear.

Comments and descriptions now automatically detect and convert URLs into clickable links.

🔧 Misc Minor Changes​

  • Revamped contact details interface
  • Date Picker in tickets now defaults to 7:00 when no specific time is selected
  • Updated project share dialog's and MS Teams icon. WhatsApp is now selected by default
  • Category colors are now more subtle, and editing them has become more intuitive
  • The address dialog for new projects now specifically requests the street number
  • Status and priority filters can now also handle multiple selections
  • Even more various bug fixes and improvements across the board
