We now also send (ticket update) messages to our OS users when a ticket deadline is due soon (or overdue) and when other OS users have commented a ticket!

Mobile navigation has never been easier! Quick access to key app features with icons and labels at the bottom of the screen so you can navigate even faster and create tickets with ease using the prominent Quick Action button.

  • Bugs on delete account: Upon connecting accounts the API threw an unauthorized

  • We have completed the translation-service and are currently working on integrating it into the UI
  • We have started work on the entity-service which will soon replace all the entity related stuff the API does
  • We have started work on the notification service and the media service, although they are not yet ready

UI​

  • Bottom Navigation Bar: Enhances user engagement through intuitive and accessible navigation that provides quick access to primary destinations/sections (Home, Tickets, Photos and Documents) within the app
  • Restriction visibility for contacts: User can now only see mutual projects or projects in the same company in contacts list (projects column)
  • Improved Handling App Installation: The app installation now has better instructions on how to install the app based on the user's device/operating system
  • Fixed Switching Messaging Channels: After adding an assignee to the ticket, the messaging channel selection was reset for all existing assigned attendees, this is now a thing of the past
